Where to Find Out About Excel

Andy, where can I find resources to learn how to use formulas on excel?

There's a link to Getting Started with Excel, under Web Sites, that takes you to a great tutorial from the University of Arizona.

A Google search using Microsoft Excel Tutorial will turn up loads of free sites, including those from Microsoft.

And, finally, I like the For Dummies series of books. They ask the sort of questions that I would ask, at my level of talent and expertise.

If you don't have Excel, there are two free alternatives. Google Docs offers a free spreadsheet, as well as free presentation and word processing software. Open Office offers an entire office suite of applications (word processor, spreadsheet, etc) that does the same thing as the Msoft versions.
